This is one of my favorite healthy, easy, go to meals and the best part is my husband loves it too! Winner!
I work long days sometimes and when I get home at 7pm after teaching classes all day the last thing I want to do is chop an onion and prepare 17 ingredients, followed by long cooking periods and me eating dinner at 9pm, not my ideal time to eat dinner but maybe thats how you roll (Get it, roll?! nevermind). Check out the recipe below, leave your comments and let me know if you like it!

Cook Time: 30 mins
Ingredients:
1 lb ground lean Turkey
1 bag shredded cabbage 1 bag shredded carrots
1 medium onion (I used white)
3 cloves garlic
3 Tbls Bragg’s liquid amino acid (or coconut amino acid)
2 tsp rice vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a large skillet or pan add a table spoon of olive oil and cook the ground turkey until completely done. Remove from pan. Add a little more olive oil back into the pan, add the onion and garlic cook until transparent. Add the cabbage and carrots and cook for about 10mins or until tender, I like to leave it a little underdone for more texture. Add the liquids, salt and pepper add the cooked turkey, stir to combine. Simmer for 3-5 more minutes and enjoy!
